End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Slipsound (“we”), and governs your use of SlipTap (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
License grant
When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own personal or commercial audio work. One license may remain activated on up to two Macs that you own or control at the same time.
Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your license key;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
Free trial
The Software may be used as a fully featured free trial for 14 days. After the trial, a valid license is required for continued use. Entering a license code unlocks the same build — no reinstall is required.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and refund handling. Because a fully featured 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the Software before purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the Software fails to run due to a technical defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide support or a refund. Any refund or chargeback may result in deactivation of the associated license key.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Slipsound retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
Updates
We may provide updates to the Software from time to time. This Agreement applies to any update unless it is accompanied by separate terms.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Software at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipsound will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or audio work, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms, and your license key may be deactivated if a purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
Trademarks
Pro Tools and Avid are trademarks of Avid Technology, Inc. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. SlipTap and Slipsound are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Avid or any plug-in manufacturer.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about this Agreement can be sent to:
